Despite its problems, this hotel was in a great location, close to shopping and food. The night market was really fun, and there were plenty of options for dining around the hotel. the wifi worked well, and the staff were polite and helpful when we needed them.
Our stay at this hotel was not great. The room was not comfortable, the air conditioning was poorly functioning, and we had trouble getting housekeeping to come in and clean the room.

Great Value for the Money, Conveniently Located, and Clean Rooms
I recently stayed at a hotel in Siem Reap and it was definitely worth the money. The location was incredibly convenient, close to tons of restaurants and markets. The value for the money was great, considering how large and clean the room was. The air conditioning worked very well which was a lifesaver in the heat. the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had.
My stay wasn't entirely perfect though. Some of the other guests were a little on the noisy side, which kept me awake a few nights.

We loved staying in this hotel with its great location close to the city center but still in a peaceful corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful with organizing tours and providing a free shuttle service from the airport/bus station. The clean and comfortable room was equipped with all necessary facilities, including a cozy balcony with beautiful greens and concrete seats. The hotel had a nice garden with a fish spa, offering a unique experience.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was close to the city center but yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The restaurants nearby were great, and we were only a short walk from lively pub street. The room was spacious and clean with modern fittings in the bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful and made our stay easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we enjoyed the beanbag relaxation area in the garden.
The breakfast was sparse and overpriced.
